Support for accessing your web site

BGK Web Design & Hosting supports the FrontPage and FTP protocols for accessing your web site.

To access or publish your web site with FrontPage, when FrontPage requests web site information, be sure to enter http://www.yourwebsite.com in the requested field. FrontPage will then ask for a username and password ( in some instances it will ask for a domain, leave this field blank ). Just enter the username and password that was given to you and you will have full publishing access to your website.

Currently BGK Web Design & Hosting supports FrontPage 98 - 2003. Be sure to let us know which FrontPage you are using so that you have the correct FrontPage extensions installed on your web site!

To access your web site via the FTP protocol you enter your websites address (e.g. www.yourwebsite.com) in the requested FTP host field. Then enter your username and password given to you and you will be placed in your root folder of your website. You can then upload and download files that you need.
